Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Granul, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
License
Granul grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
In-App Purchases
Granul offers a Pro upgrade that unlocks additional features:
- Access to all 10 film stocks
- Watermark-free exports
- All future film stock additions
All purchases are final and handled through Apple's App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the photos you process with Granul. We do not claim any ownership or license to your images. Processing happens entirely on your device.
Intellectual Property
The Granul app, including all film emulation algorithms, user interface, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Film stock names (Portra, Velvia, Tri-X, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners.
Disclaimer
Granul is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Granul after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
