Granul is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your photos are personal, and we've built our app to ensure they stay that way.

Data We Don't Collect

Your photos never leave your device. All film emulation processing happens locally using your device's GPU. We don't upload, store, or access your images in any way.

Data We Collect

We collect minimal, anonymized data to improve the app:

App crash reports to identify and fix bugs
Basic usage analytics (which film stocks are most popular)
Device type and iOS version for compatibility testing

In-App Purchases

Purchases are handled entirely through Apple's App Store. We don't collect or store any payment information directly.

Third-Party Services

We use Apple's built-in analytics framework, which is subject to Apple's privacy policy. No third-party advertising or tracking SDKs are included in Granul.
